    • TopicInsider Top Opportunities to Watch – Army ACC Enterprise for Sourcing Services (ACCESS)
    • Tris will discuss how Huntsville-based firms can prepare for Army ACCESS, a 10-year, $37B+ successor to the Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) IDIQ. We will also examine potential impacts, as ACC considers merging the scope of ACCESS with the Army Information Technology Enterprise Solution – 4 Services (ITES-4S) recompete.
      • Topics and Takeaways:

        • Provide an overview of the upcoming ACCESS contract vehicle based on what we know so far, including salient data points from the recent Request for Information cycle
        • Look at the leading primes on both vehicles and major task awards, as ordering periods end in 2027, impacting 158 RS3 and 116 ITES-3S contract holders
