VetFedMatch

VetFedMatch is NVSBC's flavor of matchmakingNVSBC's VetFedMatch program creates the conditions with federal prime contractors and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) & Veteran Owned (VOSB) businesses to learn more about each others respective subcontracting needs and business capabilities with the intention to create a partnership.

Four times in 2023 (once per quarter), NVSBC will partner with a federal prime contractor to identify and share unique subcontract opportunities with potential SDVOSB/VOSB subcontractors.  A capabilities request for information survey sent from NVSBC's VetFedConnect to the SDVOSB/VOSB community collects desired capabilities for consideration by the federal prime contractor. The respective federal prime contractor reviews the capabilities data provided by potential subcontractors and invites subcontractors who meet the desired capabilities to a matchmaking event hosted by NVSBC.

In 2022, our VetFedMatch Pilot Program in partnership with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO) offered 47,000+ SDVOSB/VOSB's an opportunity to provide their capabilities to procurement decision makers across 5 LMCO business areas for subcontract opportunities.  More than 30 businesses matched the capabilities and participated in matchmaking.
