Cancellation Policy

• Once you've completed registration, NVSBC will reserve your seat and order food & beverage.
• Cancellations are accepted, and registration fee will be refunded in full, up to 14 days before the event date.
• Refunds will not be issued within 13 days or less prior to the event under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• NVSBC events only accept a limited number of participants.
• Cancellation notices must be received in writing to [email protected]
• You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the event.
• Before event, please reach out to [email protected] with your substitution.
• Day-of-event transfer must be done on-site at the registration desk.
