• Discussion Points: With a FCL, small business professionals are able to:

  ▪️Helps to increase competitiveness and teaming potential
  ▪️Stay in compliance with federal security requirements
  Without an FCL, a small business is automatically excluded from bidding, teaming, or subcontracting on these opportunities.
  
  An FCL opens the door to entire categories of work that are otherwise off‑limits and if your employees need to access classified systems, facilities, or data to perform contract work, your company must have an FCL.
